With more than a decade of experience as a massage therapist, yoga instructor, and corporate wellness consultant, Katie brings a deeply embodied approach to well-being. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT‑200) and licensed massage therapist (LMT) trained in deep‑tissue, trigger‑point, prenatal/postnatal, and myofascial-release techniques. Over 12 years, she’s built evidence-informed programs that blend bodywork, breathwork, yoga, and mindfulness to support healing on every level .

Katie’s work sits at the intersection of science, ethics, and lived experience. She values formal standards—certification, insurance, and research—while also trusting felt, intuitive knowing . This balance ensures both safety and deeply personal transformation.
